Our work is guided by a Board of Trustees and a Board of Directors (BoD) who provide strategic oversight and ensure the highest standards of governance, accountability, and compliance.
The BoD meets quarterly to review program performance, financials, and policy direction.

The day-to-day leadership and coordination of AG Care’s operations are handled by our Board of Directors, which meets weekly, monthly, and quarterly to ensure effective implementation and oversight.
